Nice family run hotel and differs from most in Eastbourne in that the hotel has a ramp from the front door which makes it accessible.

Once inside the room, the bathroom was very spacious and the room my wife and I stayed in met our needs.

The only awkward thing about our stay was the lift, which hd to be used in order to get to the dining area. The lift is very old and very, very small. I had to remove my footplates and really contort my legs in order to get in.

Staff though were very helpful and very friendly.
