Went for a cream tea ‘off season’. The main entrance is up some steps, but a ramp entrance takes you onto the decking area and through a side entrance. This is a sliding door, which was a bit tricky if you are in a wheelchair, but we could get in fine. We didn’t go any further than the main bar which was on one level, but the hotel seems to have little level changes, doors and steps beyond this. Overall, despite some disorganisation, everyone was helpful and cream tea was excellent It seems an old hotel that has been modernised and made accessible within the limits of the structure.
