Very good wheelchair accessibility, all shops are either on one level or they have lifts. Some shops you have to ask and use the one in the staff only area which is a faff but at least they have one. They have plenty of blue badge parking spaces but I do find it strange that every time I go they are usually all full unless you park down by B&Q, especially as you get fined for not displaying a valid blue badge.
