I visited this hotel for a meeting whilst in Geneva. The accessible entrance was via an entrance at the back. It was OK, but a bit narrow, and you had to wheel past a very scarey downward facing staircase, with no protective rail – be very careful is it is dark you you are drunk!
I only used the ground floor and it was OK, wheelchair access was OK and a good accessible toilet
