The doors on shop too heavy and need help e.g. some with you bad should be auto opening. I got stuck in main entrance doors.

Also there are issues in private boxes.

The staff at King Power are always so helpful and kind. There is no problem at all with access, instead of going through the turnstiles they open up the gate for easy access. There are disabled places around the stadium and elevated places with lift access.
The staff are so kind that if it’s cold they offer around blankets to disabled customers, a nice touch I thought.
The bars and conference facilities I’ve been to have all been totally accessible.
They even have a Changing Places toilet for those that need it. Access with a radar key but stewards have them if you forget yours.

Got to the stadium only to find I’d mislaid my tickets. Very helpful ticket office meant that they were quickly replaced, but not before I’d missed our (AFC Bournemouth) last goal of the season!

Still very friendly staff inside. Stewards had radar keys to unlock the accessible loos, no problems.

I did think the slightly elevated position didn’t leave much room for wheelchair users to get past others, but a small niggle.
