After a long and windy drive during Storm Ciara we arrived at Bramall Lane, and the minibus was able to park just outside the entrance for disabled supporters.

Once inside, the ground was very ‘old school’. Wheelchair users were at pitch level and just under the roof. Luckily there was no rain during the game, but you could see the front six rows of seats were wet from earlier rainfall.

We were offered a (free) hot drink, which was a nice touch, and Sheffield United staff made one of our younger supporters day by bringing him a Bournemouth shirt!

There was no access to the concourse meaning we could not meet up with friends who had travelled. The toilet was standard and I didn’t see a Changing Places loo.

Wonderful friendly people at Bramall Lane.
