Departure to Cancun – Very helpful staff, made checking in and transferring to the plane seat very easy.

Arrival: A couple of gentleman who looked as if they’d rather be anywhere else lifted me into a transfer chair which had no full back support and was not the most comfortable. Having said that, they arrived fairly quickly and we caught up with other passengers at baggage control.
