There is also a club. Even though I organize a night in there, there are no accessibility features. The staff might be helpfull, but as I have suffered from bullying as a kid, I prefer to have volunteers with me who carry me over the steps. There was also accesible tolet some time in the past, which is now in a state of disrepair. And locked. What I did was ask the staffer to open it to me, then I had at least a safe place to pee into a funnel. I would not pee into a funnel if there would be accessible toilet.
About the hostel I believe it is similar, because I saw no lift there
