The hotel is in a great location . Whilst there is no car park I was able to park directly outside using my Blue badge for as long as I wanted. The hotel reception is level access however the room I required was on the upper ground floor. Upon arrival I was informed that the lift was broken but no matter as there were only five steps! Upon seeing my reaction I was led to the back of the hotel and entered through a fire escape. I was informed that the lift had been out of action for a good few days and it had broken down previously. Had that not been the case I would have given full marks for ease of access. As with other Premier Inns the hotel was perfectly adequate for my needs and fine for a couple of nights. As a relatively new addition to Bude I think it will prove a useful asset to any disabled traveller visiting the town
