We only visited the cafe on the 17th floor, rather than stay at the hotel.

The cafe is ieasy to get around, and ha spectacular views across Lanzarote. Access into the hotel was via a gentle ramp and then a lift to the cafe.

I didn’t see accessible toilets on the 17th floor.
