I again used the Welcome app by Neatebox. The staff at Jenners know that I am in the building so help would be available to me if needed. It is a lovely building but it has many nooks and crannies. It is so easy to get lost.
Had lunch in the Zest cafe and was served by Elaine who was so nice and convinced me that I needed chips with my toastie. It was also nice to be offered a pot of hot water too.

I went on a Neatebox Welcome App visit to here. I have requested no assistance as I am currently able to manage myself. However, there was a person outside who was trying to get attention by pressing the button at the entrance to no avail. A stranger lifted her wheelchair into the store while I held the door open so I had a chat to her before she went around the store. If I had requested assistance she at least would have got help….

Used the Welcome app to visit here with two friends. We were met at the door by Andrea. Then Sam came to escort us to the cafe and they made a sandwich up for a friend who has an allergy. Brought water for the guide dogs too. Sam came back to take us up to the Gift dept for the purchasing of shortbread. Then she took us to the facilities before escorting us to the exit where Matthew had the door open for us. Everyone was so very helpful and it was a lovely experience.

Had a fantastic visit today with a friend who was using the Welcome app by Neatebox. We were met at the door and a ramp was put out for my friend who is a powerchair user. Door was opened for us and we were taken up to the cafe via the lift. Staff were brilliant. We had a chat and lunch then wandered around the store. Staff were on hand to direct us when we got lost and they made us feel welcome. Customer service experience was second to none. Will be returning here often.

One of Edinburgh’s oldest stores and has many interesting features. Entrance by the front door on Princes Street is not wheelchair friendly but they do have a door on Rose Street as well as a bell system on St David’s Street if you have not informed them that you are coming. Using Neatebox app would be beneficial here and make the shopping experience so much better. A beautiful interior with wood carved staircases but it is a very confusing store so would be better with support. Accessible toilets on the 3rd floor.

Visited Jenners today using the Neatebox Welcome App. They knew we were coming and were there to help us on entry in Rose Street. Darren organised help in the Zest cafe and he and Robyn could not have been more welcoming and helpful escorting us to where we wanted to go and ensuring that our visit was trouble free. Thanks both of you it was a great visit.

I have used Neatebox Welcome App several times as I have mobility issues. Staff know I am coming and meet me at the disabled access in Rose Street and have helped me either shop or get to coffee shop. There are lifts to disabled toilets and it is a hassle free visit. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
