The entrance to Queen’s Court is a series of two manual doors, one after the other. However, they are both lightweight and spaced wide enough apart to make getting through in a wheelchair easy, and the first may even be propped open depending on the weather. Most of the tables are at a good height to access from a wheelchair, and chairs can be moved around to accommodate people. The ramps between the different tiers (Queen’s Court is on a hill) are wide enough, but in places can be very steep.
All areas are accessible, including the bar and courtyard.
Staff are more than willing to carry drinks to tables as needed. The bar can be difficult to see across the top of when sat down, but the staff are very friendly and communicate clearly.
There is a disabled toilet towards the back of the venue, which I haven’t used, but appears to clean according to the other disabled people I was with at the time. I’m not sure if they have full changing facilities.
Queen’s Court is very close to the train station and about ½ mile from the bus station. There are bus stops right outside, as well as taxi drop off point. Car parking can be limited nearby. The paving slabs are a little uneven, and the hill is quite steep, but there are proper crossing which makes getting there as a pedestrian nice and easy.
