The staff are friendly although sometimes you have to wait a while to get help. Friendly dogs are allowed in the cafe and they cater for a wide range of dietary needs. Everything is made on site so it can be changed if need be.

There is no lift to the upper floor and the disabled toilet doesn’t have a lot of supports for maneuvering. However the toilet is on the bottom floor and there is step free access to the cafe.
