I have to go to Crawley Library occasionally for part of my voluntary role.

The down side is only 2 disabled bays. So if you need that space to get in and out of the car and need the hatching behind the car to get mobility equipment in and out, it is kind of luck as to what spaces are available. However there is other parking near by which isnt difficult to get to.

The staff are always lovely. I am always asked when I go in, if I need any assistance. Which I guess can annoy some people, but often I don’t know which room is booked or I have a question and they are always able to answer or find someone who can.

They do make an effort, which is something.
