The staff here are amazing. We have been at this store during autistic meltdowns multiple times and they aren’t phased but go out of their way to help. They have a wide range of books and can order anything you want, which is really helpful. The cafe try to accommodate dietary issues and don’t mind questions around that.

The accessible toilets are there but don’t have changing areas and are often busy or out of order. The lift works but is tiny.
