3 visits and button for door.not working, customers had to get door for me. Bit cramped.insude. Staff ok. But after complaint about door I got free lunches and chat about Neatebox Welcome app and how it could help with Customer Service and and not working button. Sean, Manager was super supportive and had a great 4th visit..Door hopefully will be fixed son

Have had 3 visits in 2 months and button to open door never worked at any visit. Staff see me pressing button in rain and do nothing. Cramped inside. No coffee shop atmosphere
