Went to the winter gardens to see Billy Ocean in November. It very much depends where you sit as to whether access is good or not. Always ring first and discuss your needs when booking a ticket.
The good thing is that there are plenty of staff there to support you and show you to your seat etc.
The toilets very basic but it’s an old building it’s in need of modernization. I did find that people who weren’t disabled just used the disabled loos too as there was a lack of toilets and consideration.
It’s not the most comfortable place whether you are disabled or not but there are some good shows on.
Plenty of wheelchair accessible taxis outside for after when the show finishes.
Parking close to the event may be an issue .
Oh I will mention for some stupid reason the path is cobbled so it’s like being on a bone shaker in your wheelchair…. why don’t councils think about these things ??? It hurts
