Double doors which were easy to access. Group visit and some had used the Welcome by Neatebox app. Found our friends easy enough and tables were moved to accommodate the guide dogs within the party and water was brought for them. Moses served us with coffee and he was very young but extremely helpful. Enjoyed. Did not use the facilities on this occasion.

Visited Double Tree Hilton using the Welcome App to meet up with friends. The App made staff aware of my arrival and I was met at the door by Ricardo who knew my requirements and helped me get an appropriate place to sit. Manager Silvia introduced herself and provided us with the great Double Tree cookies. The toilets are on the flat and Ricardo was obviously watching to see if I needed help with the external door. This was a very good experience.

Easy access into hotel with automatic doors Met at door then met and directed to where friend was. Changed table as on there was too low. Sylvia (Marketing Manager) came over and said hello and gave us delicious cookies. Staff very friendly, very approachable. I LOVED this Neatebox app visit.
