Absolutely excellent service on the return flight home too. Just allowed to get on with shopping and eating whilst waiting for boarding information. Then very helpful assistance from wheelchair to seat on the plane.

On arrival, my chair was delivered fairly quickly, and the assistance to get off the plane was fairly prompt and the people doing the ‘heavy lifting’ were courteous and listened to me as I explained what help I needed. The transport from plane to arrivals then on to claim the baggage was very speedy. Job done!

Even though we had not arranged transport prior to arriving, we found someone who got us a taxi immediately!
