A four star hotel offering: accommodation, function room hire for weddings and meetings, bar and restaurant, gym and spa.

The hotel has plenty of accessible parking spots at the front and back of the property. There is level access through the front doors to which there is an option to use either a platform lift, stairs or a steep ramp to approach the reception desk. From there, you can access the function rooms and bar on the same level. Rooms can be accessed upstairs via a lift. Through the bar you find access to the restaurant, however there are a number of steps down so in order to access the accessible entrance one must go outside of the property and through the spa to enter through the back of the restaurant which is not ideal.

The spa has a slightly small accessible changing room on the ground floor and is conveniently located to many of the spa facilities including steam rooms, foot baths, ground floor massage therapy rooms and swimming pool. The swimming pool does not have a hoist and neither does the accessible changing room. The accessible changing room contains its own lockers, and a standard Doc M toilet and handrail set up. There is a handheld shower head and the whole unit is a roll in shower/ wet room. The saunas, hot tubs and salt room are accessed by going outside of the property to a large wooden cabin. The hot tubs are accessed by going down a large step.

The hotel generally has either standard or double doors, is well-lit throughout the property and any steps have a ramp next to them or another accessible entrance nearby.

Staff are excellent and are always willing to help with any reasonable requests.
