I visit the RBS branch every week and have done throughout lockdown using the Welcome app. The experience has always been fantastic. The staff are wonderful and it is so nice to be treated so well while visiting the bank. I have been taken out of the queue on numerous occasions. The customer service team know in advance what I want to do.

I visited this branch using the Welcome app so the customer service team knew that I was coming due to the reduction of the banking hours during the pandemic. I had a fantastic experience and the team at the bank pulled out all the stops for me even the manager came over and had a chat. I felt safe and welcome. A great experience in these uncertain times.

I visited this branch today using the Welcome app it was an exceptional good experience. I had made an appointment via the app I currently bank with another bank. I was approached within a minute of entering the branch shown to a seated area asked if I would like refreshments. I waited a few minutes and the person I was supposed to see came out and it was a fabulous appointment from start to finish. I couldn’t do what I eventually decided to do at the time so need to return to complete my business. The customer service experience was second to none. I have never been treated so well by a bank.

Ramp up to the branch as well as handrails push button door. Cash machines at a good level. Although counters are a little higher however staff will help customers in other areas of this branch. There is a car park to the rear where any customers can park. This is probably an easier way to access this branch. Staff have a high degree of customer service in my opinion within this branch. They are always polite and very helpful.
