Big Sur is a coastal view along the Pacific Ocean where you can enjoy the view without leaving your car. There are some view points that you can go out and enjoy the wind that blow your face . There are some restrooms along the way . The Big Sur camping park has an accessible toilet and you can use it even if you are not going to go camping. The sunset view is really beautiful. I will attach a video link and see the beauty of the place if you are adventure lovers you will surely love to visit the place . there are some hotels nearby too. Cabins , Inns or Bed and Breakfast .
