The rally experience was purchased for me from a good friend, only the second time I have driven a car. The rally car is fully automatic with hand controls due to my disability it was a bit challenging getting in and out using a bucket sling.

The driving instructor was very patient and listened to what I could and couldn’t do and adapted the experience to meet my ability.

The whole experience provided me with a great insight into driving a car, looking forward to applying for my driving licence and learning to drive in 12 months time.

This experience might not be fully suitable for all wheelchair users, but I suggest if you are interested you contact Cotswold driving experience to discuss your needs and hopefully they will be able to help you.
