For such an old building York Minster is surprisingly pretty accessible to wheelchair users. There’s no on site car parking but there’s on street disabled spaces nearby. The main entrance is accessed via ramps and a large glass door. The Minster is mostly on one level and has hard stone flooring throughout, ramps give access to most parts including the quire and the far end of the Minster. A lift takes you down into the undercroft where they tell you the history of the Minster, treasury and the crypt. The shop is accessible and there’s a disabled toilet.
