Went here with two visually impaired friends using the Welcome app. We had travelled by taxi and the taxi driver was brilliant. There was an event on so most of it was closed to the public. However we were shown around and to a lovely seated area where we could have coffee. Everyone was extremely helpful. From start to finish it was a great experience. Lovely scenery. There was also a climate change protest outside when we went in they were very young and it was a peaceful protest.

Today visited the Scottish Parliament using the Welcome App. Was met by Robert who introduced himself knew my name andk my requirements and provided a seat as requested. This was portable so could stop and read displays and browse books in the shop. Staff were all very friendly and helpful great customer service. Thanks Neatebox Welcome, Robert and the Scottish Parliament for your foresight in installing Welcome

The door did hit me in the face as it opened.
Once I got through security it was great. They listened to my feed back. They are going to act on some of my suggestions.

Disabled parking just across the road from the front door. All on the level to enter the building. Counters low enough to put bags etc on trays to be checked for security. As I was using Neatebox app again staff very helpful and asked if I needed help. Staff took me to room for meeting and opened door for me. Room was a little bit tight, but I still had room. All on a level, lifts to other levels and very friendly and helpful staff.
