Three new photos added, showing new accessible viewpoints above ground level.

Accessibility isn’t just about physical access. So, theres good news for disabled AFCB fans. The ticketing system has finally been updated and it is now possible to buy tickets for home and away games online, rather than the only option being to visit the ground, or join a lengthy (and not cheap) telephone queue.

Bournemouth is a nice ground to visit. However the toilet needs to be higher I couldn’t use it and also radar operated as able fans use it and leave it in a bad state. Also hope seats will become elevated as it can be scary if u score and ur fans surge forward, hello advertising board

Possibly the dullest picture ever posted, but I wanted to show wheelchair users that the car park now has proper dropped kerbs.

ok, I’m biased, this is my team. I think this stadium certainly works for wheelchair users.

Most of the front row is available for wheelchair users in all stands. There are two slightly elevated viewing positions on each corner of the larger (North) stand behind the goal. There is a viewing platform halfway up the East Stand which is accessible by lift.

The main stand has the restaurants and Exec boxes. Both are accessible by lift, and the exec boxes have a space outside where a wheelchair user can watch the game.

There are parking spaces in the car park for disabled supporters. The club store is accessible. There is a lower ticket kiosk for wheelchair users.

Never encountered less than helpful staff.
