Usually, there are plenty of accessible parking places. Now, they are all covered in fences and a queuing system – a queuing system that, even if I could park, I couldn’t possibly stand in if I also wanted to be able to walk around the shop.
This time, I had my husband with me, and he dropped me at the entrance, parked the car, did the queuing, and then I met him right at the entrance.
Plus points: they did let us in together! The greeter/queue manager didn’t realise his queue was occupying all the accessible parking places (duh? There’s these big blue signs…) and had no clue what I was supposed to do. Ask at Customer Services. There wasn’t anyone at Customer Services.
