Most staff were very helpful. We were taken to one side for security checks when we entered the arena to save us waiting in the queue. A steward directed us to the nearest door for our seats. The programme seller was very patient and helpful serving me and my friend. The disabled platform was very spacious and had a great view but the floor was still very dirty with lots of popcorn, cartons and packets over the floor from the previous performance, which could have been swept up. There were plenty of toilets but no Changing Places room, which is disappointing in such a large venue, visited by many wheelchair users. There was a good security presence.
