Menorca is our island, My partner is Menorcan and we discovered that Menorca has so much to offer for people looking for a laid back, quiet, authentic and pretty summer destination in the Mediterranean that is only 2 hours away from the UK by air, My best friend suffers from MS and despite this is a keen traveller. She suggested we research if Menorca is an accessible destination for people with limited mobility.

We bought mobility scooters and travelled about all the * accessible* beach resorts and other places we thought would be accessible on 2 mobility scooters. We researched audited holiday accommodation by the Menorcan Association for the disabled, checked accessibility in restaurants and bars all over the island, double checked attractions and excursions for the accessibility and to our delight we discovered that Menorca is an ideal accessible destination.

Acting on this information, we started offering portable mobility scooters for rent in 2015 and were amazed to find that many people already knew that Menorca has many accessible beaches, resorts, places of interest and entertainment. Many of our customers rent cars and go out and about as they would at home. Our website documents all you need to know about how to get out and about and this winter I have just finished an e-book travel guide which will be published very soon.We have now extended our equipment to include manual wheelchairs, shower chairs, walkers and zimmer frames and will be adding more products in the near future. Our customers tell us what they need and we try to get it for them, All our equipment is new and well maintained and we have a 24/7 back up service so nobody has and nobody will ever get stranded.

We have great reviews from our customers who not only are happy with our equipment but love the fact that we can help them discover and explore Menorca too. We also listen to their advice and comments and take this always on board. We love helping our customers have a great holiday here, despite mobility issues.
