Hotel has level entrance into the reception with automatic doors, no lowered counter though. The car park is secure and underneath the hotel where you have to drive down a steep slope. There are a couple of wide disabled spaces near the lift. This lift isn’t the biggest but is large enough for the chair and a couple of people. The hotel parking, restaurant, reception and rooms are all on different floors so the lift is needed a lot. It played up one time when we attempted to use it. The room was a standard family room as needed to sleep 3 of us but was very spacious and easy to get around, it was okay for one night but a disabled one would be needed for a longer stay. The only negative is that the hotel corridors smelled musty and unpleasant, the carpet was also dirty. The room seemed clean though. It wasn’t the nicest of hotels but it was cheap and the staff were really lovely and helpful.
