The entrance is large and open to the BH2 complex so no doors to open to get into the foyer which was pretty spacious.
The screens are on the floor above and are accessed via an escalator or a lift which I found to be on the small side. Most of the screens are off of a long wide corridor, this is where you’ll also find the accessible toilets which there were a couple.
We were in screen 10 and you had to open a couple of heavy doors to get inside and I saw no automatic door openers, poor for a new build. The disabled bays were also three rows back from the screen so I got a sore neck. Most of the screens here are the same, I don’t think disabled people were consulted when this was built. It’s like the disabled facilities were added after and not designed into the plans.
Tower Park Cineworld gives better viewing for wheelchair users.

There’s disabled parking bays in the NCP car park underneath the BH2 complex or you can park in the Winter Gardens car park which is close by.

This new build cinema is probably fairly standard for modern cinemas. However compared to the old cinemas in Westover Road it is a massive improvement. All screens I have been in have wheelchair spaces with a reserved PA seat and are accessed on the entry level with step free access. This row has plenty of seats so we can all sit together as a family. Usually this row is further back so you aren’t stuck at the front cranking your neck up.

The screens are all on the floor above the entrance hall. There is one lift by the escalator. On the last visit the main lift to get in the complex that houses Odeon and the other restaurants was out of order. There’s other access via slopes so it was a small detour.

The entrance area is very spacious and open and has plenty of room to move even with the popcorn and coke – also, at least one ticket machine is lowered and very easy to access in a wheelchair.

As it is in central Bournemouth parking is relatively limited, but we have always got a disabled space nearby and there is also an NCP underneath.

I haven’t used the disabled loos, so can’t comment but they were on the same level as the screens.
