Had tickets to see Nick Masons Saucerful of Secrets with a friend. Ticket was full price but free for friend/carer. There was step-free access.

We were situated in the upper stalls which was accessed via a lift up half a dozen or so stairs.

We were at the back. People sat throughout the concert, but if they had stood then it might have been a different experience.

Guildhall has great access for wheelchair users and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have wheelchair spaces available for all live events when requested also the doors are automatic so it’s very easy to get in and there are disabled loo’s however to my disappointment these are not changing places. Overall good venue
