There’s a lift to the cinema and then another to the top floor with luxury seating and a free snack box!

Accessible loo also available.

You need to get the lifts or escalators up to this venue but it is worth it. Spacious and comfortable. They work with Dimensions to deliver autism friendly screenings. Costa coffee with plenty of seating. Noisy hand driers but disabled loo with no radar key access

Really friendly staff who don’t mind odd requests and aren’t phased by my son’s complete inability to queue or wait. They gave us a headset to use when we forgot our ear defenders with no questions. Carers of people over 8 can go free with a CEA card.

There is a lot of waiting at peak times and the foyer becomes packed so it is a sensory challenge. There is a large seating area that can be used and is sometimes quiet. During off peak times, it is super quiet and easy to cope with.

There is lift access, disabled toilets and disabled seats. The reclining chairs are also great for those with joint issues as you can adjust it to be comfortable.
