Lifts to all floors. One lift you need help by a staff member to use, the second is a standard through floor lift you have to hold a button down to use. Lots of space between models so can see them all. The photo opportunities where wheelchair accessible. There was an accessible toilet I did not use. Complimentary carer ticket available.
