We arrived to find there was a high step to access the premises. My wife went in to ask if there was a ramp but was met with blank looks until she was eventually told no but we could eat outside. My wife’s elderly parents were with us and we wanted to be able to eat inside like other people were able to, not everybody likes to eat in the street.

This is a very disappointing lack of thought/training in an age where all businesses should be inclusive.
