I visited the ICentre today. I had pre warned them that I was visited using WelcoMe and they had the relevant information ready for me. The girl was a bit nervous because I think that I was the first user for a while. I asked a few other things while I was there and she was very friendly and helpful.
I had travelled by bus and had a short walk to the venue. Parking is a problem. Automatic door and the place was accessible however it was very busy with other visitors.

Located on Buchanan Street, which is pretty busy. I parked on George Square, but watch how you approach the Square as Chargeable bus lane on Mandella Square. Entrance is on the level, but not automatic door, had to get help opening it. Once inside staff member very friendly, he knew my name as 1st time on Neatebox app, sadly call had not gone through about my imminent arrival, so he apologized about not getting the door. All on the flat and very accessible. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.
