The loft is back up and running. One of the only accessible cafes in the area. Lift and accessible toilets. Staff are very welcoming. Food is freshly cooked and dogs are allowed too. Outside area with benches and tables, pleasant area to ponder for a while. Good menu and takeaway available.

This is currently only open for take away food and drinks but it has an outside area. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not accessible for any wheelchair users because the lift has been cordoned off due to covid 19 as well as the toilets.
Therefore access is currently up two lots of stairs and out another door to exit. The exit stairs are steep. I am sure that any regulars who wish to visit will be accommodated if they inform the premises beforehand. I would sincerely hope that that would be the case.

Had lunch in here with my daughter and it was really good. It was extremely busy and the owner found us a table. It is roomy and accessible via a lift. All toilets are downstairs and include accessible ones. Dogs are welcome and on this occasion there was at least six and they were all well behaved. Would recommend this place because the service was excellent considering how busy they were.

First time I have been here and it was a huge surprise. It is situated near to the council car park and offices. However there would be limited parking as most are spaces are reserved for employees. There is parking not to far away in Neilson Park Road and at the library there is a few disabled spaces. Access to the cafe is by stairs but there is a lift available. Toilets are downstairs and these include accessible ones. They were spotless and smelled really nice. Patrons are requested to leave prams and pushchairs in an area reserved for this. It was lovely and bright inside and a range of tables. Table service. Service was quick. I had a toastie with cheese and caramelised onion on the bakery’s own bread this included two house salads which were carrot with toasted seeds and broccoli, tomato and feta cubes so much better than the usual limp lettuce served in other places. Lovely to see many wheelchair users there enjoying lunch with their friends. There is a courtyard available if you wish to sit outside and no smoking is allowed. Bakery is open to the public too and it is accessible as well. Would return here.
