Visited John Lewis today. Parking is a problem because of the building work being carried out on the new shopping centre. It is level access into the store but I couldn’t find the lift so from the ground floor it was escalator up to the first floor. It was really busy and difficult to move around safely. Staff are very professional and will help. Seems they have been well trained in customer service. I did find the lift it is at the back of the ground floor but there was no sign to it. Hopefully it will be better when the work has been completed.
