Cannon Cannon

I visit often using Welcome App because it is a brand new centre and is fully accessible. Toilets are constantly cleaned and there is a changing places toilet available. They have a fantastic Guest Services team and are on hand to go to shops with you if needed but it has to be prebooked if you require a lot of assistance. Lots of new shops and restaurants have opened and more to come in the future. Great customer service.

There is a guest mobility area within the centre and equipment can be pre-booked and returned to this area. Excellent customer service team .Accessible and dog friendly although some shops don’t allow dogs. buggys can be hired to transport dogs too.

Its accessible from all entrances and there is a variety of shops, restaurants and more to come in the future. The lift is amazing and equipment can be hired for use in the centre by using the Welcome app or pre booking using the form on the website 24 hours before arriving. Dog friendly too. Well work a visit. Help is available via Welcome. 60 disabled parking places available throughout the car park.
