If you are a wheelchair user make sure you ask for one of their larger rooms on the side of the building. They have accessible rooms downstairs but they are very tight and you can’t get a wheelchair down beside the bed! Their bathroom are a great size and they do provide a shower chair. They also request that wheelchair users fill in a fire safety and needs assessment when you check in, which i have never been asked for in any other hotel, regardless of the star rating! On thing to watch is both their disabled parking spots are on a steep slop, so you will need assistance if using a manual chair but once you are in the hotel, you have access to everywhere.
