Light eternal event
Good ramps and lifts have been installed to make it accessible.
There were plenty of guides on hand to help with lifts and to generally guide to the correct area.
The event that we went to only had porta like available in the car park and as most of you know although meant to be accessible are always difficult, this one has the toilet at an angle in the corner which gave more room for a wheelchair but very difficult to transfer from, clearly those who design them have never used them. There were toilets in blocks up some steps but not accessible ones.
I believe there are some in the cathedral but they were not in use.
It was a well organised event making sure you didn’t miss out because of accessibility
