Following a rave at the pitt street skate park I went to the All Saints petrol station for some drinks to take home. On my approach to the shop I noticed that the disabled access to the night till was blocked so I mentioned it to the cashier and asked that he let me in the shop as I was unable to reach the draw to get my drinks and to pay for them. He refused. He then told me to give my bank card to the very drunk, very drugged up group of lads that were standing next to me, naturally I refused. I repeatedly told him that I wouldn’t be handing over my card to a group of strangers, that I read unable to get out of my chair and to let me in. He then proceeded to tell me to “f#!k off” and began serving the group that stood next to me.

Now I can understand the safety aspect of the shop being closed after a certain time but what I cannot understand is blocking the only accessible way for me to get served, what if I’d filled my car with fuel and was then unable to pay? I’m pretty sure they’d have found a way for me to pay then…

I do have a video of the cashier in question but decided against posting it because I hate the sound of my own voice!
