Accessible from the disabled parking spaces along a shallow gravelled path, level access on entry with plenty of room in the reception area.
A large changing places accessible toilet with changing table, toilet with with drop down grab rails both sides, a raise and lower sink and two separate toilet cubicles.
There is a large light and airy area to sit and eat with information and activities around. I believe the actual cafe area is small and unfortunately due to a lack of delivery the offering was limited., but normally it is okay or you can take a picnic
The shop area is quite right to get around in a wheelchair.
The path through the living rainforest does have some slopes in it, which I needed assistance with and you have to pass through screens on the door but you can see everything from the path
