Went to the Elton John concert and although when purchased the seats were not together the staff automatically changed them so we were together without having to ask. The seating on level 3 is all under cover and easily accessible. Very helpful staff with a dedicated disabled team. Toilets are radar key but plenty of them near the seating area which was well set out.
Had to wait for lift as was only small but staff were always on hand and helpful.
All helped to make an enjoyable experience.

We were very impressed with the Cardiff City Stadium, which we attended for the wales v Israel Match. The tickets although we purchased as a group of 4 tickets, turned out to be sat apart, but the stewards dealth with this in a very proactive and professional way, resulting in us all sitting together. Staff were really helpful, and the stewards who stand in front of the ground, were very aware of the disabled supporters sightlines. Stewards also opened the two doors that we needed to pass through, with a smile too.

The toilets were radar key accessible, and close to the viewing area for the disabled seating area. They were of a fair size, but it was a shame that Changing Places Facilities are not there.

Helpful staff, Nice to talk to, and a Easy to navigate stadium. And we got to all sit together. Thanks Cardiff City Stadium.
