Unplanned visit to this station due to signalling problems. Dont know if the train strike also made a difference but the platform seemed to be unstaffed.

Parked outside in an accessible space and my daughter used my mobile to pay the daily charge. There were two lifts to the other platform. Tried to use one of those information buttons but no-one replied.

Anyway, guard noticed me when the train pulled in and got the ramp. New trains were a vast improvement on what I’ve used previously. Much more room and my chair could actually go down the aisle. Improved audio and visual signage.
