The start of my train journey to Nottingham. I’d booked assistance, and it was there, even though I arrived just 30 seconds before the train was due to leave!

Very helpful and present when returning home, even though I didn’t book assistance for the return leg!

I travelled recently when there were train delays. Staff still got me on the train despite lots of people milling around seeking information.

I use this station occasionally, and it is reasonably accessible, staff are friendly and helpful and will willingly provide ramp access to the train (I suggest pre-booking as this station has few staff) (I use south west trains and they have great wheelchair access) You can book access via a phone line or via a website (details vary depending on which train company you are using.

Rather annoyingly, the parking space does not have an adjacent dropped kerb, but overall friendly and helpful staff.
