I am assuming there is a toilet as I had zero time to actually look. One issue I had was they made me find my own way to platform 6 and “go round the corner and round” isn’t really that helpful when there are many corners!

Station is all step free but you do feel like you’re constantly going up down up down trying to get onto each of the platforms.

Staff met me at the train both times and called through both times.
