I use London Waterloo regularly, and whilst not every part is accessible, I have no problem getting wherever I need to go (including Jubilee Tube line) Staff are helpful, and they are always fine to provide me ramp access onto the train (even when I have not pre-booked! which is often)

This is actually about Waterloo underground station. Easy to get to via a lift. Really helpful staff.

Only issue was that the signage wasn’t obvious as to which part of the tube I should access. Hence a trip to Wembley and back when I only really wanted Green Park!

Staff tolerated my mistake though!
