I went to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at Palace Theatre London.
Palace Theatre is an old building and I believe protected as a listed building. So will always have accessibility issues.

Getting inside: when you pick up tickets, they give an ‘express security pass’, this allows you to go in the side entrance to the theatre.
The only problem is.. if you want to buy any merchandise, it isnt wheelchair friendly, although, staff could not be more helpful! They are happy to get what you need or, in my case, because I am a pain, they can get the ramp out. The ramp is STEEP! So I needed help getting up the ramp and they were brilliant helping me up so I could check out the merchandise. I then had to go back down the very steep ramps to go to the side entrance.
Both parts we had staff wait with us while the actors warmed up. They were lovely.

Toilet: There is only one and in a manual wheelchair- it is a mission getting up the very steep slope to the toilet, and there is only one ‘accessible’ toilet. Which is frustrating when you know you only have a short time before the interval finishes.

I had seats near the front of the stalls and again it is quite steep, but staff were great helping take my chair somewhere safe during the show and bringing it to me so I could go to the toilet.
There is NO access to the bar for drinks or snacks for wheelchair users, so that is a bit of a nightmare if you dont really know what you want. Although I have messaged them with the idea of photos from the bar as apparently the staff are happy to get you refreshments but I didnt know that when I went as this was not offered to me.

overall, I think the staff try their hardest to be accessible with the fact that it is a listed building.
