This museum doesn’t have its own car park due to being on the high street but there’s on street parking spaces nearby. Access through the main entrance is via a step, a portable ramp can be put down for wheelchair users, you can request this by ringing the bell on the left side of the main entrance doors. Nearly the whole of the ground floor is accessible to wheelchair users and there’s a lift to a small part of the first floor. The rest of the first floor and none of the second floor are accessible to wheelchair users so the disabled pay a reduced price and one carer goes free. There’s one unisex disabled toilet on the ground floor.
